The Purpose of the Group Leader Training (GLT) Process is to help people explore a possible call to be a Group Leader within your local church. It's an open-hand opportunity to explore if a person is called to be a Group Leader without any obligation to lead a group while equipping them simultaneously.
TRAINING PROCESS
GLT is a 5-month process in a small group setting of 8 to 15 people where discussion is centered around what a Healthy Group is and is not, and how to lead a Healthy Group. Specific details on each of the 5 trainings are listed below with FAQs and a description:

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Anyone your local church permits is welcome to go through the Group Leader Training Course to explore what God may be calling them to in service
WHEN DOES IT START?
​
It is up to your local church. We start a new cohort of Group Leader Trainings every time 5-10 new people sign up to take the training
​

FREQUENCY?
​
Once a Month for a 2 Hour Training on the topics listed below in your local church
LENGTH?

5 Months Total

COMMITMENT?

Once Monthly . . .
- Video Training ~10 minutes
- Belief Assessments ~10 minutes
- In-Person 1.5 - 2 Hour Training
