Healthy Groups is a four-session small group study designed to give your new small group leaders the tools they need to launch a new group successfully and strengthen existing group leaders in the direction of biblical community.

We know the challenges of launching new groups and strengthening existing ones. Healthy Groups is designed to help both the brand-new group leader and the seasoned group leader relationally lead their group through four conversations about what it means to be a healthy group. By walking through a biblical model of group life, the reality of creating community, how to manage conflict, and the value of growing together, we hope that Healthy Groups sets groups on the right footing to grow into healthy groups.
