Adam Erlichman is married to Anna and father to his three sons, Judah, Titus, and Deacon. Prior to going on staff at local churches, Adam worked in sales, catering, event planning, and as an admissions counselor. He has served in Young Marrieds, College/Singles, Student Ministries, and he now is the Life Groups/Discipleship Pastor at Midway Church in Pilot Point, TX. Adam has been involved with small groups for over ten years and is the Executive Director of Build Groups that seeks to equip group leaders and pastors to build community in the local church. He believes that groups are the frontline to spiritual formation and advancing the gospel locally and globally.
